Advance Payment Policy

All projects require an advance payment to initiate work. The standard advance payment is 50% of the total project cost. This advance payment is non-refundable once the project work has commenced, as it covers initial design work, material procurement, and resource allocation.

Cancellation by Client

If a client wishes to cancel a project after the advance payment has been made but before any significant work has begun, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total project cost will be deducted from the advance payment, and the remaining amount will be refunded. If cancellation occurs after significant work has begun, the advance payment is non-refundable, and the client may be liable for additional costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.

Cancellation by Shiwa Tensile

Shiwa Tensile reserves the right to cancel a project under exceptional circumstances, such as force majeure events, regulatory changes, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will refund any payments made, minus the cost of work already completed and materials procured specifically for the project.

Refund Process

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15-20 working days from the date of cancellation approval. The refund will be made through the same payment method used for the original transaction. Any bank charges or transaction fees associated with the refund will be borne by the client.

Project Modifications

Clients may request modifications to the project scope during the design phase. Minor modifications may be accommodated without additional cost, depending on the nature and extent of the changes. Major modifications that require significant redesign or additional materials may incur extra charges, which will be communicated to the client in advance.

Delayed Projects

Shiwa Tensile commits to completing projects within the agreed timeframe. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, regulatory approvals, or supply chain disruptions. In such cases, we will communicate the revised timeline to the client and work diligently to complete the project as soon as possible. No refunds will be provided for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

Defects and Warranty

All our tensile structures come with a standard warranty period as specified in the project agreement. If any defects are identified during the warranty period that are attributable to our workmanship or materials, we will rectify these issues at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, maintenance neglect, or external factors beyond our control.

Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes regarding refunds or cancellations, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through mutual discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to a mutually agreed-upon mediator or arbitrator before pursuing legal action.

Policy Updates

Shiwa Tensile reserves the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the client's responsibility to review this policy periodically for any updates.
