For tensile structure services provided by Shiwa Tensile, the following additional terms apply:

Quotations and Pricing: All quotations provided by Shiwa Tensile are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change without notice. Shiwa Tensile reserves the right to adjust pricing due to material costs, labor costs, or other factors beyond our control.

Payment Terms: For projects exceeding ₹50,000, a 40% advance payment is required upon order confirmation, with the balance due upon completion. For projects below ₹50,000, full payment is required in advance. Payment delays may result in project postponement or cancellation.

Project Timeline: Project timelines are estimates based on normal working conditions and weather. Shiwa Tensile is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, customer delays, or permit issues.

Material Specifications: All materials used in our tensile structures meet industry standards and specifications. Minor variations in color or texture may occur due to manufacturing processes. Shiwa Tensile reserves the right to substitute equivalent materials if specified materials are unavailable.

Installation and Site Preparation: The customer is responsible for providing adequate site access, utilities, and any required permits. Site conditions must be suitable for installation as determined by Shiwa Tensile's technical team.

Warranty: All tensile structures come with a manufacturer's warranty of 5 years against structural defects and material failure under normal use conditions. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications.

Maintenance: Regular maintenance is required to ensure the longevity and performance of your tensile structure. Shiwa Tensile provides maintenance guidelines and optional maintenance services at additional cost.

Cancellation Policy: Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of confirmation without penalty. Cancellations after this period may incur charges for materials ordered or work completed.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Shiwa Tensile or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, transmit, publish, create derivative works from, or sell any content without prior written permission from Shiwa Tensile.

11. User Conduct

When using our website or services, you agree not to:
